You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

MitraShops reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Fraudulent or suspicious transaction activity

If we cancel your order after payment, a refund will be initiated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability.

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

MitraShops is not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier delays

• Weather conditions

• Festive or regional disruptions

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We offer replacements in case of:

• Wrong items delivered

Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery with necessary photo/video proof.

Refunds are issued only when:

• The product cannot be replaced

• The item is out of stock

• Replacement is not feasible
