MitraShops is an Indian online retail and digital-products store providing:

  • Everyday-use physical products

  • Digital products such as ebooks, guides, templates, or downloadable files

Our objective is to offer useful, quality-assured products along with a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the website under guardian supervision

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law

3. Products & Availability (Physical + Digital)

We strive to provide accurate information regarding:

  • Product descriptions

  • Images

  • Features

  • Pricing

  • Digital file details

However:

  • Availability may vary

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences

  • In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after ordering

  • Digital content may receive updates or revisions

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will offer an alternative or refund (for physical items only).

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Prices can change without notice

  • Payment must be completed before order confirmation (except COD for eligible physical items)

4.1 Digital Product Payment Rules

  • Digital products are strictly prepaid only

  • COD is not allowed under any circumstances

  • Orders containing both digital + physical items may affect COD eligibility due to courier rules

4.2 Secure Payments

We do not store payment details. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors, UPI networks, or checkout partners.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch (physical products)

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

  • Digital orders cannot be cancelled after payment since files are delivered instantly

MitraShops may cancel orders due to:

  • Incorrect contact/address details

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated for physical items only.

6. Shipping & Digital Delivery

6.1 Physical Products

  • Processed within 1–3 business days

  • Delivered via trusted courier partners

  • Tracking details shared via WhatsApp/Email

  • Delays due to external events (weather, festivals, etc.) are not our liability

6.2 Digital Products

Digital items (ebooks, PDFs, guides) are delivered via:

  • Instant download link on the order success page

  • Email with a secure download link

No shipping fee, no courier involvement.

If you do not receive your download link, contact support.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

7.1 Physical Products

Eligible for replacement only if:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery with photos/video proof.

Refunds may be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

7.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable goods:

  • No returns

  • No replacements

  • No refunds after purchase

All digital sales are final.

This prevents misuse, duplication, and unauthorised sharing.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Submit false orders

  • Use incorrect address or payment details

  • Attempt to exploit COD or digital delivery

  • Misuse, share, or redistribute digital files

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Violations may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account blocking

  • Legal action under the IT Act & Copyright Act of India

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright (Updated)

All website content including:

  • Images

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Digital products

  • Ebooks

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Layouts

  • Branding elements

…are owned by MitraShops and protected under Indian & international copyright laws.

Strict Policy for Digital Products

You are not allowed to:

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Re-upload

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Reproduce

  • Use commercially

…any digital product purchased from MitraShops.

Any copyright violation may result in:

  • Account ban

  • Legal action

  • Penalty under Copyright Act, 1957

10. Limitation of Liability

MitraShops is not liable for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customers

  • Misuse of physical or digital products

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Losses due to third-party service disruptions

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
