This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Service Coverage

We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier partners.
(Examples: Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, DTDC)

We do not ship internationally at the moment.


2. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.

Processing time: 1–3 business days
(Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.)

This includes:

  • Quality check

  • Packing and dispatch arrangements

  • Courier handover

If your order requires extra handling time, we will inform you proactively.


3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location:

Location Type Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities 5–7 business days
Non-Metro Cities 7–10 business days
Remote / Interior Regions 10–12 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Factors like weather, local delays, or courier disruptions may affect delivery.

🟒 Replacement Shipping:
If a replacement has been approved by our support team, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 working days to your location after approval and dispatch confirmation.


4. Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via:

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

  • and/or Email

You can use the link to check real-time delivery status.

If tracking appears stuck for 24–48 hours, don’t worry β€” courier updates sometimes batch refresh.
If needed, contact support and we will assist.


5. Multiple Packages

If your order contains more than one item, the products may ship separately depending on warehouse location or supplier routing.
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking links for each shipment.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make up to 3 delivery attempts.

Please ensure your:

  • Phone number is active, and

  • Address is complete and reachable

If the courier is unable to deliver or the parcel returns due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unreachable phone

  • Unavailability at the time of delivery

Then the order may be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).
To reship the order, an additional shipping fee may apply.


7. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown during checkout or shared while placing your order through support.
We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable and transparent.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable logistics partners, occasional delays can happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional courier load

  • Festival or holiday periods

  • Route restrictions

If your order or replacement shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, our support team will coordinate with the courier and update you.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

In rare cases where a package is lost in transit:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier.

  • If confirmed lost, we will reship the product at no additional charge or provide an alternative resolution based on availability.
