This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and accessed.


1. Service Coverage (Physical Products)

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • XpressBees

  • Ecom Express

  • DTDC

🚫 International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Processing Time (Physical Products)

Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
(Sundays & public holidays excluded)

This includes:

  • Quality Check

  • Packing

  • Dispatch arrangements

  • Courier handover

If your order requires additional handling time, we will notify you proactively.


3. Delivery Timelines (Physical Products)

Once a replacement is approved, it will be dispatched and delivered within 7–10 working days.


4. Tracking Your Order (Physical Products)

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • SMS

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update due to courier batch refresh cycles.

If updates stop appearing, contact our support team β€” we will check with the courier.


5. Multiple Shipments

When an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately due to:

  • Warehouse availability

  • Supplier routing

  • Courier constraints

You will receive separate tracking links for each package.


6. Delivery Attempts (Physical Products)

Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.

Please ensure:

  • Your phone number is active

  • Your address is correct and reachable

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Unavailable customer

  • Unreachable phone

The order may be marked RTO (Returned to Origin).
Reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.


7. Shipping Charges (Physical Products)

Any shipping fees will be clearly shown during checkout or shared during WhatsApp-assisted ordering.

We aim to keep shipping transparent and affordable.


8. Delayed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festival seasons

  • Courier load

  • Regional disruptions

Our support team will coordinate with the courier and provide updates whenever possible.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a parcel is lost in transit:

  1. We will open an investigation with the courier.

  2. If confirmed lost, we will reship the product for free, or

  3. Provide an alternative resolution depending on availability.


10. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY (Ebooks, Guides, PDFs)

Digital products are not physically shipped.

Instead, they are delivered instantly via:

  • Download link shown on the order success page

  • Email with a secure download link

Important Notes About Digital Delivery:

  • No shipping charges apply

  • No physical shipment or courier involvement

  • Delivery is instant after successful payment

  • If the email hasn’t arrived, check spam/promotions

  • If still not found, message support and we will resend the link

Digital Product Checkout Rules

To maintain customer security and prevent misuse:

  • COD is not available for digital products

  • Digital items are prepaid only

  • Mixed orders (digital + physical in one cart) may disable COD depending on the courier rules

We recommend placing separate orders if you wish to buy both digital and physical items.


11. Digital Product Restrictions

Due to the nature of digital file delivery:

  • No return, replacement, or refund is allowed

  • Download links are only for personal use

  • Sharing or distributing files is strictly prohibited

Copyright infringement may lead to:

  • Legal action

  • Account ban

  • Permanent restriction from digital purchases
