While we hope you love every product you purchase from us, we understand that sometimes issues may occur.
This policy explains when and how replacements are processed.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer free replacement for products that meet any of the following conditions:

Damaged during delivery

Defective product received

Incorrect product delivered

Missing parts/accessories (as applicable)
To qualify, you must report the issue within 5 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
2. What We Need for Verification
To process your replacement smoothly, please share:

Order ID

Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Photo of the shipping label / outer package
This helps us verify and resolve your request quickly.
3. Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our support team:

A replacement unit will be shipped to you at no extra cost, delivered within 7–10 working days; or

If the same product is out of stock, we will offer an alternate option; or
-
If no alternate is suitable, a refund may be issued to the original payment method (as per approval) within 7 working days.
4. Conditions for Replacement Approval
To ensure fairness to all customers:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition except for the reported issue.

All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be retained until the case is resolved.

Requests made after 5 days of delivery are not eligible.
5. Return Policy
We do not provide any returns.
Only replacement will be provided if a valid request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
6. Non-Replaceable
We do not accept replacements for:

Products damaged due to misuse or handling

Products without proof of damage/defect

Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

Personal hygiene products (e.g., grooming, skin-contact items) — for safety reasons
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
8. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are applicable only when:

Replacement is not possible, or
-
The product is out of stock, or
-
The wrong item was received and replacement is unavailable
All refunds, if approved by the company, will be processed within 7 working days to your original source account.
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or UPI provider.
9. Replacement Shipping
If the issue is verified as seller or courier fault, return pickup will be arranged free of cost.
If pickup is not available in your pincode, we will guide you for self-return and reimburse reasonable courier charges.
