This policy explains how replacements, refunds, and digital product purchases are handled.
1. Physical Products – Replacement Eligibility
We offer free replacement for physical products if any of the following issues occur:

Incorrect product delivered

Missing parts or accessories
To qualify, you must raise the request within 5 days of delivery.
2. Verification Requirements
To process your replacement smoothly, please share:

Order ID

Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Photo of the shipping label / outer package
These help us verify and resolve your request quickly.
3. Replacement Process (Physical Items Only)
Once verified and approved:

A replacement unit will be shipped at no extra cost, OR

If the item is out of stock, we may offer an alternate option, OR

If no alternate is suitable, a refund may be issued (physical items only)
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
4. Conditions for Replacement Approval (Physical Items)
To ensure fairness:

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition (except for the reported issue)

All original packaging, labels and accessories must be retained

Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible
5. Return Policy (Physical Products)
We do not accept returns.
Only replacement is provided for valid issues reported within 5 days.
6. Non-Replaceable Items
We do not provide replacement for:

Products damaged due to improper use

Items without proof of defect/damage

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Personal hygiene or skin-contact items (for safety reasons)
7. Order Cancellation (Physical Products)
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Replacement Shipping
If the issue is verified to be seller/courier fault:

We arrange a free pickup (where available)

If pickup service is unavailable at your pincode, we may request a self-return and reimburse reasonable courier charges

Digital products sold by MitraShops are:

Instantly delivered

Non-returnable

Not eligible for cancellation
Once the digital product is purchased and delivered, the sale is considered final.
Why?
Digital items cannot be “returned” once the file is sent or downloaded.
By purchasing any digital product, you agree that:
